Who
is Karri

Karri’s not here to tell you what to eat—she’s here to help you rebuild trust with your body and live a fuller, freer life. Rooted in a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach, her work is grounded in compassion, lived experience, and the unwavering belief that peace with food is possible, no matter where you’re starting from.

With over 20 years in social services, addictions, and mental health, Karri became a Nutritionist in 2019 and has focused her work on disordered eating and eating disorder care since 2021. Her approach is deeply informed by DBT, somatic practices, and the understanding that recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all.

She specializes in supporting folks in transition—those stepping down from inpatient care, waiting for a bed (with medical supervision), or navigating the intersection of substance use recovery and nutrition. If you’re somewhere in the messy middle, Karri meets you there with safety, nuance, and real support.

She also partners with organizations for 1:1 counselling, workplace wellness initiatives, and speaking engagements that center real talk, not food rules and diet culture BS.

Please email Karri for further information.
